To the Members of Ocean State Credit Union: The Annual Shareholders meeting of Ocean State Credit Union will be held on Monday, February 23, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at The Crowne Plaza Hotel at the Crossings, in the Plaza Ballroom, 801 Greenwich Avenue, Warwick, Rhode Island for the purpose of the election of the Board of Directors, By-Law changes and to transact any legal business.
