Free Movies in the Park – Warwick, RI

We are pleased to announce that we collaborated with the Central Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce to host a delightful Free Movie Night on Friday, October 18th, in Warwick. The event commenced at 5:30 p.m. with children in costumes engaging in trick-or-treating at sponsored booths. Then, at 6:30 p.m., the movie began, and we are delighted to have been involved in such a wonderful occasion.

North Kingstown Family Day

We had an amazing time celebrating the Town of North Kingstown’s 350th Anniversary with around 2,000 fantastic people during our Family Day event at Wilson Park on Saturday, September 14th! It was a joyful day packed with fun for local families, and we were absolutely thrilled to be a sponsor for such a historic occasion.

Beacon Highlight – Warwick Branch

Our Warwick location recently had the honor of hosting a group of special education students from Toll Gate High School for a banking lesson, which was part of the Intensive Academic Special Education (IASE) program. Teacher Sarah Amato-Benitez organized this visit to enhance the students’ understanding of financial literacy, and Branch Manager Michael Freeman was pleased to welcome them. This program aims to equip students with essential life skills while allowing them to explore their interests through engaging community outings. During their time with us, the students learned about checking and savings accounts, and they expressed their enthusiasm for the credit union’s welcoming environment.
